preparation solutions for your small to medium size business.  In an effort to meet that commitment, it will be necessary
for you to provide APS business, financial, and/or personal information about yourself and your employees.  Your
privacy and the privacy of the information provided is important to us.  APS strictly protects the security of your business,
financial, and personal information and honors your choices for its intended use.  APS uses reasonable care to protect

At times APS will provide you with links to other Web sites.  This notice applies only to information collected by APS for
use in providing APS services.  We encourage our users to be aware that when they leave our web site, they need to

You may sign up for APS' services either in person, by telephone, or online.  If you use our online forms, we require you
to provide information regarding your business.  We may use this information to contact you regarding APS' products
and services.  If you choose not to provide business information online, all of APS' services may be available to you
through it's office.  Our main office is at 155 Newark-Pompton Tnpk, Pequannock, NJ  07440.

The way Atlantic Payroll Uses Information Collected
APS uses the information provided on its web site to perform the services you request.  We limit the collection of private
customer information.  We only collect information that we need to administer and improve the APS site, to provide
superior service to our customers, and to fulfill any legal and regulatory requirements.

APS does not sell or disseminate customer information to any third parties under any circumstances, except to fulfill legal
and regulatory requirements and to facilitate customer requested transactions.
